Although I have yet to install these cartridges in my printer, I have used this product many times over the years and have had no problems at all. However, it's the first time I ordered this product from Amazon.com, mainly because it's becoming harder to find locally. The process was easy and reliable as always.

While I wish there were viable alternatives to buying HP ink, Amazon has great prices and a well developed merchandising system. I have learned that buying cut-rate replacement cartridges is almost always a disappointment and does not save money. The requirement to buy replacement ink only from the manufacture seems to be restraint of trade and price fixing but apparently no one wants to take it on legally. With replacement HP ink running about $5200/gallon something needs to be done.

In the meantime, buy your HP ink from Amazon when on sale...it may only cost you $3600/gallon!

HP Printer ink refills came in manufacturer's box and are quite satisfactory. The shipping was quick and the price was below all the others I looked into.
